Why Value in Legal Education Matters

Law school tuition at top private programs now routinely exceeds $75,000 to $85,000 per year before living costs, often resulting in debt balances surpassing $300,000. Finding institutions that pair affordable in-state rates, extensive scholarships, and proven pipelines to BigLaw and clerkships is the most reliable strategy to build long-term wealth in the legal field.

The University of Georgia

The University of Georgia (UGA) is consistently ranked among the nation's top 30 law schools while keeping costs down for its students through affordable base tuition, generous grants and extensive scholarship opportunities.

Elite Outcomes

Outstanding Pricetag

UGA’s annual in-state tuition is $18,240 for Georgia residents and $40,152 for out-of-state students. However, it is not uncommon for non-resident 2Ls to qualify for in-state tuition by establishing Georgia residency.
